Welcome to A Space 2 Be...

At A Space 2 Be... we offer holistic therapy and child care support in Shropshire, guiding families on a journey to balanced well-being.

After a challenging experience of parenting and working with children with additional needs and dealing with domestic issues leading to mental health challenges , I looked to counselling support with an amazing centre who lead me to other agencies for support.

After being with these amazing centres I was able to understand and support myself and others around me . This lead to me completing counselling courses and searching for holistic healing with reiki yoga and meditation as well as nutrition and nurturing the mind through the body with what I ate, healing all of me.

I realised that through my own healing journey and gaining skills and knowledge in 3 different areas, Mind body and soul I could create a Space to be able to offer a complete support package to families where a work life balance can be achieved focusing the whole person .

A Space To Be ... is a project I've been working towards for 13 years now and due to some dedicated people can now become whole

I we can help a family with actions providing solution focused support and information aswell as holistic therapies and dedicated time and effort , the results are incredible.

Building up a child is so much easier than mending a broken adult.

Keeping a family strong and supported is so much easier than picking up pieces or replacing damaged parts.
